Bring your family and friends as we partner with Western DuPage Special Recreation Association for our first ever Fishin’ with a Mission charity derby! 100% of proceeds will go toward our Passion Project, the creation of original Passion Flowers, which will adorn the arboretum walk at Clauss Recreation Center. Bait will be provided but bring your own fishing equipment. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish, smallest fish, and most fish caught! All attendees must register for this event. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Passion Project

WDSRA artists with developmental differences will attend a workshop presented by Passion Works Studio, where they will collaborate to hand paint and construct flowers made from upcycled aluminum newspaper printing plates. Passion Works Studio creates opportunities for all people to explore and connect through the process of making art.  They follow the lead, talent, and interests of the artists and collaborate with people of all abilities, through artmaking, to create vibrant and inclusive communities.
