Namaste & Play Puppy Yoga

Stretch, snuggle, & support a great cause! Come flow with us in a relaxing puppy yoga session where adorable, adoptable puppies roam freely as you move through your poses. Class will be a 45-minute yoga session and the last 15 minutes of class will be your chance to cuddle cute puppies! Not only will you leave feeling refreshed and full of puppy love but proceeds from this event will benefit Border Tails Rescue, a no kill animal rescue & welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and adoption of stray dogs from the Chicagoland area.  Spots are limited so register early to help us support a great cause and enjoy a uniquely joyful yoga session!  All participants will need to bring their own mats.  16- & 17-year-olds will need to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
