Every workout counts! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our group fitness classes offer something for everyone. From high-energy cardio to strength training and mind-body balance, each class is designed to keep you motivated, challenged, and moving toward your goals—together.

You can sign up for a single class whenever it fits your schedule, or commit to a full session and enjoy a slight discount—flexibility that works for you!

Zumba

Dance your way to a fitter and healthier you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create adynamic, exciting class based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature anaerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving flexibility and posture. It emphasizes controlled movements, breathing, and core strength, often using equipment like reformers or resistance bands. Pilates aims to enhance overall body awareness, balance, and coordination, making it beneficial for people of all fitness levels. Please bring a mat to class.
Total Body Fitness

Total Body Fitness is a barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training. Every movement plan is attacked using the barbell and body weight. This class features safe and motivating exercises and great music to create a thrilling atmosphere.
Chair Yoga

Parent/Tot Yoga

Parent-Tot Yoga is a fun, interactive, and nurturing practice designed for parents and their young children. This class encourages bonding between parent and child through playful, age-appropriate yoga poses, gentle stretching, and mindfulness activities. Together, parents and toddlers explore basic yoga movements that improve flexibility, coordination, and strength, all while enhancing trust and connection.

Walking Track

Did you know that it is free to use our walking track? All you have to do is sign in. One mile is equivalent to 14 laps around the track. Current hours are the same as our Fitness Center Hours.

Personal Training

A personal trainer will design an exercise program tailored to your fitness goals, while taking your health concerns into consideration. The trainer will give you valuable training advice as well as the motivation to stick to your program.

Personal Training is available to non-fitness members for an additional charge of $10 per session. Small group training is also available. Additional information is available in the fitness center.
